Default It is a pleasant surprise to see support groups like this one.

Hey guys...

It's great to see such a tight nit community all focused on the
interest of helping each other. Honestly, it's hard to come across
something like this on the Internet these days. You all can definitely
expect me to spend some more time around here :-)

I'm a panic attack & anxiety counselor and always looking to hear from
new people about their struggles, because with new experiences comes
new knowledge. Everyday I deal with people who experience general
anxiety disorder, depression, and loneliness. Unfortunately, I hear
of numerous cases of people who aren't given the counseling they
desperately need. and I've seen the tragic consequences as a result.

So I've decided to create a blog where I can offer my advice for free
online, because it's nice being able to reach so many people in this
setting.

I would love for you guys to check out my blog and give me some
feedback. I plan on posting daily information ranging from how to cope
with the stress of dealing with difficult personal relationships, to
waking up in the morning and feeling motivated about life.

You can check it out at http://anxietyassist.blogspot.com/ and drop me
an e-mail anytime at robertwilliamsmd@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you guys :-)

If you are so "happy" and "concerned", why not give away your

Yeah, plus this poor slob is a little late to the party. I just dropped
into
this group after about a 9 year absence. Whew, dead man dead.
I guess all the drugged cases who used to practially live here have
passed on--most probably from overdoses or effects of long
term drug use.
