Default Sleeping tablets

Just wondering if anyone uses perscribed tablets to help them sleep. If so
how often do you take them.
I have some but don't want to take them every night as I have heard that
they may be addictive.

HI Lynne,
There are several types. I have not taken them but my partner has. Were you
prescribed Stillnox?

Yes I have Stilnox. It works well but I don't want to become dependent on
them.

I see your partner has a ^5 excuse for getting away from you. :-D

-----------
The Food and Drug Administration wouldn't say exactly how many cases of
sleep-driving it had linked to insomnia drugs, but neurology chief Dr.
Russell Katz said the agency uncovered more than a dozen reports - and is
worried that more are going uncounted.

Most people here would know it by its US name, Ambien.
Do you have trouble sleeping every night?
Here is some information.
http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/zolpid_pi.htm
I know it can work well for some but it did not for my husband. He managed
about 4 hours sleep with Stillnox.
I have had periods of insomnia. It is not fun.

Do you any research into how many sleep-driving accidents have been linked
to sleep deprivation?

Maybe someone needs to educate people to take insomnia drugs before bed
rather than before driving. :P~~

This study is from people who took sleeping pills then after hours of sleep
they'd get up and drive in their sleep...Or so they told their partners. :-D
