This is not typical for a garden variety anxiety disorder. I think you
would do well to contact your psychiatrist. You may be on the wrong
medication.

Yes, of course that is possible. It's diffcult to tell over the
internet. Were you actually convinced that *your body was taken over by
someone else* in the sense of a delusional idea about reality or was it
more of a *dissociation* thing like having no real contact with the real
worldm feeling as if you play in a movie instead of in the real world,
feeling separated from the rest of the world, maybe have visual symptoms
in the sense that everything looked *different* and unfamiliar, perhaps
even threatening? These would be "normal" anxiety symptoms known as
*derealization* and a certain estrangement, feeling *alienated* from
your own body (are these *my* hands? etc.) is it's brother
*depersonalization*. If you, however felt that *aliens were taking over*
(so to speak) and you experience this more than a few times it's time to
see the doc.

no aliens thank god. it was more like how do i explain? it was like i
was thinking that someone was trying taking over my body cause i felt
so weird not convinced that someone did just convinced that someone was
trying i had weird thoughts in my head like someone was telling me they
where going to take over my body i kept telling myself my name and that
i was ok no one was going to control me. i just got really scared and
freaked out.
