tingling

does anyone else ever get tingling sensations and like electrical
sensations through body. like around face,hands, etc.

That's funny you should say that. I often get that feeling in my face
mostly which is quite bizarre. I also get it in my hands.

I get it in my thraot face legs hands

Most likely this is a consequence of *hyperventilation* = breathing too
high and too shallow; You might try to practice diaphragmatic breathing,
put one hand on your tummy and breath from there and not from your
chest. Hyperventilation is very often part of panic disorder.
