Default Valium dependency?

Does anyone know if you can become dependent on 5mg valium if you take
it 3 times a week?or taking 2.5 mg every day.Unforunately xanax xr has
not helped with my GAD and i would rather take a long-halflife med
less frequently that stays in your system smoothly then having to take
pills more than once everyday, just to keep things simple.

Screw it,Taking 1 mg of xanax for the rest of my life won't kill me,
so why even worry about it
its extended release(24 hour half life) anyways and much less
addicting than regular xanax.

I'd rather take long-lasting [valium] than shorter acting xanax. Heck
even my Klonopin has a longer half-life than xanax.

Of course I'm coming-off the klonopin and am as unhappy a person as is
possible right now.
