Sounds like gobledey gook...but im a noob

To me happiniess is a mixture of contentedness and realization of beauty (ie
wonder)

Serving needy people serves empathy which puts ur brain in step with
others...its a way of not being alone....which is generally necessary for
happiness.

One wonders John that people who have suffered from anxiety need to be
reaffirmed more then others. Think about it, from all the times on the net
that I and others have posted. When you come from a dysfunctional family ,
and your needs were not met for lots of reasons, you automatically lose that
inner sense of feeling strong and confident as you should have been
reaffirmed when you were little in healthy way. We then spend the entire
rest of our lives if we are aware to try to get back that sense on inner
being. Sometimes people like me post about my thoughts to hear them unfurl
even though I know how I feel about an issue. The people in therapy usually
have two strong things pulling on them,,, feelings and thoughts or right and
left brain. Why we need to be reaffirmed more then say that executive who is
all together and don;'t need therapy or to write our thoughts out all the
time is to me a mystery. But like many people I know some people don't need
to talk allot in order to understand where and why they do what they do. So
do we need people more then the next guy? Or more help lol. . in a sense
people who explore different things might be doing more to help themselves
and fellow person then the person who doesn't feel a need to help others to
begin with. Just something to think about. I guess the best of both worlds
is someone coming from an all together loving family and being sensitive to
what is going on and what the world needs also and exploring all sorts of
things going on in life. But does one evolve to that like maybe is one born
that way. I know one thing I was never born to fight and view ten cable
channels of judo where the ideals of life is a FIGHT all the time. What a
screwed up world sometimes.

happiness is stepping on my scale and finding I really am thinner.
