    Default when have you reached your limit?

    when have you reached your limit, and how do you know you have?

    deep question, i know.

    my tolerance has left me!

    I think the limit is endless b/c just when you think you've reached it and
    gotten through it, and survived it, IT happens again and it's worse!!
    Granted, I am talking right now having quite a bit of depression inside, so
    I am sure I sound very negative.

    And the same can be said for a 'rock bottom'. Just when you think you've
    muddled through the madness, more **** happens and there we are, doing the
    back stroke in it!!

    Arrrrrgh!!!

    I doubt whether one knows what his/her personal limits are until they are
    exceeded. And since we talk about emotional/mental issues here, exceeding
    the limit probably means incoherence, non-functionality, irrationality,
    etc.

    Just that despite your obvious pain, you still sound sane and capable of
    coming outside of yourself to care about others. That's a biggie.

    thanks, Fig. well i guess since i'm still functioning and coherent,
    that i'm not there yet. i may be a bit irrational, however.
    life throws some nasty fricking curve balls, doesn't it?

    i definitely care about others! it's part of who i am. i guess if i
    lose that, then i will know. thank you, sweetie!

    i feel like i've been doing the back stroke for the last three years
    now. and i thought life was hard BEFORE that! ha!
