Default Why You Shouldn't Take Medication for Your Anxiety and Panic AttackSymptoms

Regardless of your age, gender, maturity or even health, dealing with
any of the known anxiety and panic attack symptoms for the first time
is very likely the most traumatizing experiences anyone could possibly
go through.
Besides the original attack, the victim is now instilled with the fear
of having to once again deal with another panic or anxiety attack.
Because of its convenience, most victims turn to medication to ensure
that they will not have to deal with their next panic or anxiety
attack on their own. But there is another option, an option with
several advantages over medication. That option is natural cures for
your panic and anxiety attacks .
The two main medications prescribed to victims of anxiety and panic
attacks are SSRI's (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and
benzodiazepines. The first line of action is usually the SSRI's, and
although these greatly reduce the frequency of your anxiety and panic
attacks, the results can not be seen for weeks after you start on the
medication. The other option, benzodiazepines, will reduce the
frequency of your panic and anxiety attacks in just a fraction of the
time. However this expediency does not come without its costs. The
benzodiazepines must be taken several times daily for weeks on end and
are well known for their unpleasant side effects....

what about long acting benzos? they are taken once/day.
and for the record, i've been on benzos since my 30's (now in my
50's). i also take an SSRI.
i DON'T take them "several times per day" for "weeks on end". i take
them when i need them. i've never abused them, i've never had ill
side effects from them.

peace,
