so have it most of the time.
Things not to do, don't do sweeping, raking, stuff like that that makes you
move like that. Also vacumning is not a good idea either.
If you are coughing, lean up against a wall when you cough or sneeze, also
you can use a pillow infront of you to hold things in place when coughing
and sneezing.
Mine is coming alot from the back and the chronic myofascial pain I have
there so heat in that area helps.
ice at times helps but not when it is so cold like it is now. ;-)
I feel for you and anyone that has this. You might want to watch what you
are lifting etc too. I find at times I can't lift much more than a piece of
paper when mine is flaring.
