DeeTee is out of surgery and doing well

Hi all! Thanks so much for your good wishes and thoughts earlier.
Mom is out of surgery and doing well. According to Dad the tumor was
the size of a volleyball, and was causing all sorts of problems just
from pressing on various organs. They were able to get all of it,
they think, but they are still going to do a round of chemo to be
sure.

Mom will be out of it for at least the evening, but I will definitely
pass on any messages if anyone has any when she is able to be awake &
aware. From what Dad said, the drugs they're giving her are pretty
good.

Thanks for letting us know. I am glad she came out of surgery ok. Boy that
was a huge sucker wasn't it. I hope this takes care of some of the other
issues she was dealing with that they didn't have an answer for. I hope the
results come out ok and that they did get it all totally. Wishing the best
for her and your family also.

Hugs and love to Dee Tee. Healing vibes and prayers coming that way. Tell
her to rest up and take care and do what the dr says to do.

That's what I was thinking, Diane! I hope Dee Tee is doing well &

Please give her my best thoughts and prayers for a fast recovery. I
can't believe that with all the tests and proceedures she has suffered
through that they didn't find this tumor much earlier.

The same thing happened with my mom. Sure hope DeeTee's results are much

I gotta agree with Diane! It surely seems that someone should have noticed
this developing eazrlier. Now though, it's time to focus on getting her
well. Let her know she is in my prayers.
