Default How does chronic pain affect you? You could help to advance researchby completing our questionnaire.

I am a PhD student at the National University of Ireland, Galway
investigating the experience and impact of chronic or persistent
pain. My supervisors and I would like to invite you to complete an
online questionnaire. This would provide us with important information
about different styles of adjustment to chronic pain and is part of a
larger programme of research. We would be very grateful for your
involvement as it will contribute to our understanding of chronic pain
and may inform approaches to treatment and management.

Took the survey - they never once asked for any identifying information. It
took me about 15-20 minutes. Hope it helps them.

Thank you for your participation! Your time and input are greatly
appreciated. For participants outside of the UK the survey is totally
anonymous, and for those within the UK there is an option to provide
details - but this is voluntary. I am glad to hear it did not take too
long.

Thanks again,
Rosemary

I also took the survey. One comment on the questions - we describe our
levels of schooling differently and i had to google third level to make sure
it meant what i thought it did! I don't know if it's possible to add other
coutries' equivalents to your schooling levels in paranthesis, or if it
matters that much, but i thought I'd mention it.

I didn't know what that meant either, Nann, so I just told them
what my education was in the comments section at the end. Didn't
even think to check on Google. What is third level?

Thanks for that - will see if I can edit that. I appreciate this
feedback and your support of the research!
