I don't know Chief. For right now,,,, it's just not our work. It is
just like the Sun,,,,, it is putting out less than anytime in recorded
history. It could be that we may wish for global warming to warm up....
:-) For both,,,,weather and the sun,,,, we just have to do the best we can
with what we have.
