Default OTP Saw cardiologist today

My heart just couldn't stay in sinus rhythm; it is now back into atrial
fibrillation. I'll be going to hospital next week (don't know what day yet)
for a heart cath, and then be admitted to take what he called "rhythm
medicine". I'll have to be in hospital to be watched to
be sure it doesn't go too low. If needed, the things to follow will be
electrical stimulation, and then a pace maker. Will appreciate being put
back on your prayer list. Thanks.
Gwen

You never left Gwen. Hoping this will be the answer but wish it didn't have
to happen.

Thinking only good thoughts.

Hi Gwen,

Prayers being said.

Don't worry about the heart cath. I had one, it was a piece of cake. In
fact, I fell asleep during it. When I woke up I was wondering when he
was going to start and realized it was already in process when I looked
up at the monitors. I kept myself occupied by humming and singing My
cardiologist told me I'm the only person he's ever had who sang on the
operating table

Hugs,
Carole

Oh, Gwen, what a time you have had. Here's hoping for a solution this time, one
that lasts.

I'm not worried about the heart cath, Carole. I've already had five and
have two stents.

Hang in, Gwen! Prayers are on the wing.

Glad to hear you're 'used to' the cath process. My cardio
and I were telling funny stories about a shared friend all the
way through my first one. But still, a cath is a cath, and still
belongs in the 'prayers being sent' category.

I've been through the 'up-to-and-including-stents' process,
so you have a comrade-in-ouchies praying for you!

ah, Gwen, you are definitely on the prayer list. May they get that big heart
behaving again and I'm glad they are on top of this.
