OTP - For those in B.C.

Does anyone up that way know of a college that offers a program in
photography? We have three colleges in Bellingham, and not one of them
offers it. So I'm figuring that if I want to pursue this, I'm either
going to have to go north, or go down to Everett. With the price of gas,
Everett is a bit too far to have to go a couple of days a week, so I'm
thinking about coming across the border.
