LOL, how true ))
Did you know that in Seattle, drip coffee refers to having it
administered by IV? ;-)))))

| | | Re: while i'm at it LOL! actually, that used to make me wonder, too, everytime i tried to catch
the drip or clean the drip up. that problem is solved, technologically. i
bought a brew station, for $30, at wally world. it dispenses coffee, one
cup at a time, and has no coffee pot.LOL

yet another reason I like our percolator!

well, I know I've had a one recently, but I can't remember what it was! I
would, however, like to know why our rear window wiper on our Dodge Caravan
isn't currently making contact with the window throughout its full sweep.
I've replaced the wiper and made numerous attempts to bend it, but it still
misses the center portion of its sweep. It's a real pain on winter roads!

| | | Re: OTP: while i'm at it Why can't they make milk/cartons easier to open? I stopped buying the
cartons because they are impossible for me to open. The plastic bottles
are pretty bad too when they have that ring with the tiny tab you have
to pull. Whoever expects to use a pair of pliers to get at the milk?

Why can't they make meds without horrible side effects.
Why can't they make cars that can drive themselves? LOL....told you I
was going to dream big!

They're working on that one, Donna, plus ones that park
themselves. :-)

I'm with you, Ann. I've started buying non-fat dry milk. Even the newer
cartons with the screw on caps have those secure thingees that you need
pliers to remove. I don't use that much milk, so I just make what I need.
I also hate the packages that are supposed to be re-closeable. I can't
even get the bloody things open! I've taken to just using scissors and
putting the contents into a tupperware container that I can get into.
And let's not even talk about blister packs. I noticed that some company
has now created a tool just to get into them.

| | | Re: OTP: while i'm at it Hi m,
finished a bag of kona and something mix. just started a kenya/sutra mix.
then on to a Melange and then back to a "normal" columbian. usually just
drink preground what ever is on sale when I can get it. Mike bought me a
drip pot with a built-in grinder for xmas so I'm trying different stuff.
acquired a taste for the kona, the kenya is a bit more....bitter? still
pretty good though. Never tried a french press for brewing, but have read
about them.
