Default Pain?

I have a stupid question. I have mild RA. I recently had x-rays of
my wrists which were normal. I take Plaquenil and Relafen.

What I don't understand is why I have pain every time I try to do
something. If there isn't any damage in my joints and my inflammatory
markers are normal, what causes the pain? We just had a bad snow
storm and I had to spend an hour or two shoveling snow and boy am I
paying for it. It's not muscle pain. It feels like the tendons
around the joints. I took some Arthritis Tylenol along with the
Relafen but it didn't do anything.

Is this kind of pain normal?

Yes,,,, if your dmard is not controlling your inflam.arth.... Many of us
have the same types of pains that you do in the support structure of a
joint. You should make a copy of what you and I have said here and hand it
to your doctor.
