I finally called the office, but it was on a very busy day for us. They
never reached me that day, the following week I got a letter saying my
protein levels were low (which is where all the concern's been coming from
for a good 18 months now!), that auto-antibodies were present and he'd
discuss it with me on my next visit, which is mid-January+.3 (puddin's trying
to help me type!)
Apparently the celiac anitbodies came back negative as he didn't refer me on
right away. But something is sending the autoantibodies nuts. So, I decided
to kick back and enjoy the holidays, but keep the wheat intake low regardless
- it could well be a food allergy as I have a long-standing allergy to milk.
Now, if I could just figure out when major sinus symptoms are allergies and
when they are a cold trying to settle in! Felt like a cold was coming on
T-day, much better next day, decided it must have been allergies and shot up
my
Enbrel. Was hit by a truck sometime Saturday night - or so it felt. Laid
me out for much of the week and I'm still trying to catch up!
