Do you mean that you have a temp?
Do you mean that your joints are hot?
Myself,,, I just have to be thankful that a new day has started and I am in
it.

Slayer, have you been to a doctor? Sounds as if you need to see a
rheumatologist, to whom your regular doctor should refer you.

I can't stand my doctor. He says "You're to young for rheumatoid
arthritis." That was a couple of years ago. I've just been taking it
everyday since. I can't afford a specialist. That way I tapped your
group to find out if any has a "home remedy". I'm allergic to strong
stains of asprin so if thats involved I can't do it.

I'm sorry, I have no answers for you, but your doctor sounds like
an idiot. Has he not heard of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis?

Are you in a country where you have to pay to see a specialist?

By all means get another opinion,,,,, Too young is bull#@#@$. Home
Remedies do not deal with RA. You say you can not afford but that is your
opinion of what your priotiries are,,,,,, dealing with inflam. arth. does
take a specialist,,,,,,,, what you do is your choice and may I say not our
fault. So it goes.

Remember Slayer, It is not just about joint pain. It is also about
crippling, organ damage, and reduced life expectancy. The best thing
you can do is to educate yourself about what RA is, and then-- armed
with that knowledge, go out and find a doctor that is worth his
salary. The bozo you have seen should not be practicing medicine with
that attitude.

Being educated means that rather than fearing the unknown,
one seeks to understand it.

Then your doctor is a fuckwit. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune
disease: you can get it at any age.

Aspirin won't help you.

If you have rheumatoid arthritis it'll eat away at your joints:
permanently. You must get medical attention to determine the cause (it
may be an infection, not RA) and get proper treatment. The earlier this
is done, the better the long term outcomes (just like diagnosing cancer
early...).

Slayer, no wonder you can't stand your doctor. He sounds like he is from
the dark ages. Doesn't he know that even small children sometimes have
rheumatoid arthritis. If I were you, I would certainly find aother doctor!
