Inmaterial. Has no bearing on their status. The U.S. Supreme
Court ruled on that decades ago.

Medicade is WELFARE. It varies from state to state. All have
asset and income limits. If they own life insurance policies,
stocks, vacation homes, etc. they'd have to sell them and spend
the cash before being eligible.

Medicare is available only to those receiving Social Security.

Varies from state to state, but you have to be dirt poor to
qualify in any state.

You're repeating yourself. See Medicare reference above.
If a person hasn't paid Social Security and Medicare taxes, they
are not eligible for those benefits. Social Security is an
"insurance" scheme developed by the government that at the time
didn't believe anyone would live to an ripe, old age to collect.
Medicade is a welfare program administered by the states, and each
state has its own rules. Therefore you'd have to ask someone in
New Jersey.
Medicade is the program that pays whores from Mexico when they
cross the border to pop babies that'll become American citizens.
They have better medical coverage than Americans and permanent
residents, thanks to the bleeding heart liberals who sued the
government to obtain that coverage....while citizens bust their
asses paying higher taxes and just eking by day-to-day.

I've never heard of "Social Security assistance." What are
you talking about?
.... Gentleman: A man who stands up when a nude woman enters the room.
