RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS-(HLA-B27- +ve)

My friend has the following problem. if anybody know the
solution, it would be great appriciate.

Problem:- RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS-(HLA-B27- +ve)


This is the information about my friend sarathy- age-26 years

Actually first time attacked this disease in JUN-2003

Disease name-RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS-(HLA-B27- +ve)

Doctor's name- U . R. K RAO MD(AIIMS)
Rheumatologist

Medicines used:-for 1 st year
1. MICROCID(25mg)-2 Tabs Daily
2. TRIOM(20mg)-1 Tab
3. METHOTREXATE(7.5mg)-Once in a week
4. SAZO-EN (500mg) - 3 Tabs
5. FOLICID(5mg)-1 Tabs

After completion of first year stopped the SAZO-EN tab
but remaining all were continue the 2 nd Year also.
End of the 2nd year all the tablets were stopped .

2 nd time attacked this disease in NOV'06 started with severe neck
pain

Disease name-RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS-(HLA-B27- +ve associated S.S.A)

Doctor's name- U . R. K RAO . MD(AIIMS)

Symptoms:
1. knee pains
2. Ankle pains
3. Neck pain
4. left wrist , right elbow pain
5. shoulders pain
6. Back pain
Swelling of knee joints , ankle joints ,wrist & fingers

TABLETS & Its Composition

8 injections of ENBREL (25mg)-USED FOR 1 MONTH started on 20/11/06
Actually below of these medicines he has been using last 4 months

1. MICROCID(25mg,75 mg)-2 Tabs Daily,25mg-morning,75mg-night
(INDOMETHACIN I.P.-75 mg)

2. TRIOM(20mg)-2 Tab
(OMEPROZOLE-20mg)

3. METHOTREXATE(15mg)-Once in a week
(METHOTREXATE(15mg)-

4. SAZO-EN (500mg) - 3 Tabs
(SULFASALAZINE-U.S.P.-500mg)

5 FOLICID(5mg)-1 Tabs
6 DEFCORT(6mg)-2 Tabs
(DEFLAZACORT-6mg)

6. ARISTOZYME-Syrup - for loss of appetite
7. OROFER-WT-1Tab
8. for gas trouble- RABEPROZOLE(20mg)-2 tabs
