Default Pictures of the progress of a reconstruction

The following article http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23392207/ contains a
slide show of the progress of a reconstruction of a double mastectomy.
The article is somewhat superficial - doesn't get into the complexities
of the procedure. However I found the pictures enlightening since I
didn't opt for a reconstruction, so I never researched it.

Though the end result was surely a significant improvement, I was a
little surprised at how somewhat unnatural it looked. But I guess it is
like all other prostheses - nothing beats the original. This procedure
seems to mainly address the problem of outer appearances - not an
unimportant consideration though.
