Sneezing, nosebleeds, blood count

My wife has her third taxol/Avastin infusion today (mets to liver,
nodes). Since the first she has had frequent nosebleeds, which we
understand is common with Avastin, but she also experiences frequent
sneezing mornings and evenings, since right after the first infusion,
which is uncomfortable and exacerbates the nosebleeds.
Well, turns out today will be no taxol as her blood count is too low.
Isn't there something that is commonly given to boost blood counts when
very low?
