Contracture After Augmentation Mammaplasty.

Lukas Prantl, MD

Swab cultures taken from 45 women undergoing breast implant
removal/exchange for capsular fibrosis demonstrated 66.7% positive
cultures among Baker Class III/IV contractures but none among Class
I/II.
