Default verizon alt newsgroup deletion complaint address (one of these got through to the ceo directly.)

ceo@verizon.com
ivan.seidenberg@verizon.com
seidenberg.ivan@verizon.com
i.seidenberg@verizon.com
seidenberg.i@verizon.com
seidenberg@verizon.com
iseidenberg@verizon.com

I'd say the first 4 are the most likely addresses that directly reached the
ceo.

also (the non-direct to the ceo feedback address.)
customerfeed@verizon.com

the guy i talked to (a Mr. Cohen) the ceo's representative had NEVER HEARD
OF A NEWSGROUP!

please forward to your favorite newsgroups.

Default Re: verizon alt newsgroup deletion complaint address -Better Idea!

These companies get hundreds of thousands of emails a day. They have
filters that block costumers from emailing upper management as they do
allot of things to piss people off all the time. (Kind-a stupid huh?!)

By sending a paper snail-mail letter addressed to these same people, they
legally have to keep them in their FCC public file for 5 years. Also,
there is allot better chance that it will get into the face of an
executive through their personal Secretary. Unlike email which takes
little effort and expense, executives understand that a paper letter took
some effort and expense. They are not simply handled through automated
sorters and ignored.

This scheme has worked many times for me in dealing with large
communications companies as quaint as it is.
