Just got my quarterly PSA results, and four years after diagnosis "active
surveillance" or "watchful waiting" still seems like a reasonable option for
me. Latest PSA is 1.28, continuing a fairly steady decline over the past 30
months. Finesteride (Proscar) appears to be suppressing DHT fairly
effectively. History is below.
