Default 42-month (brachy) PSA

Update to the data in the signature below: at 3 yr 6 mo 26 da, the PSA
level was 0.93. Hangin' in there...

Prostate is "a bit big" say both the uro and the rad onc, but I'm off
FloMax now and function seems close to normal; just a bit dribbly at the
end of voiding. No ED (beyond what one might expect at age 61, that is

Biopsy 2004-06-22 (age 58), Gleason 3+3, T1c, volume 27 cc. Monotherapy,
55 I-125 seeds 2004-11-16. Lowest PSA yet 0.59 (8 mo); then 0.62, 0.85,
0.75, 1.7, 3.29, 1.29 (whew!) 28.5 mo, 1.41, 0.78, 0.91 at 3 yr.

As I understand the treatment, and if that 3.29 in DEC 2006 was a 'bump',
you are doing extremely well. Congratulations, Greg.
