Confirm that you're not writing in U.S. notation, 1,128 is 1.128 in
our style. I'd even round it to 1.1 or 1.13 to make the number less
confusing.
Trending up to 1.1 is not great news but you have many options.
Perhaps salvage radiation.

I suspect, he will put you on Casodex, just as mine did in 2006. I'm still
on it 2 years later.

Steve,
So, this sounds like it had spread outside the capsule, even with the
negative margins. Do they know where it has spread to? |

He just stopped Casodex in February.
I would expect a slight increase.

I think he stopped all ADT in February 2007; after which his PSA rose from
0.1 to 0.85.
I think he went back on Lupron February 2008; after which his PSA dropped to
0.090 then, by April, went up to 0.7 and is now 1.128 (expressed as we in
the US express it). .... I think.... |

yesterday I paid a visit to the oncologist showing my latest blood test and
MRI. (as a reminder PSA was 0.090). Doctor told me to cease with casodex and
to monitor PSA in april and June. I will see him again next June.

2 PSA in a row over 0,2 exactly 0,267 and a month later 0,369.
Uro says it's time for HT: Casodex 10 days than lupron evry 3 months.

That is an increase of 1,127 ng/mL in only a few months. I believe that
that is not credible.
Either the report is misconstrued or the lab made an error, which can
and does happen.
I recommend (a) confirming that the lab actually means one thousand one
hundred and twenty-eight nanograms per milliliter and, if so, (b) that
the report actually applies to this patient.

I don't think he ever reported his path report, but then again I missed the Casodex thing in 2/08. I also don't believe he had an initial indication of
the cow getting out of the barn, but his first PSAs were a definite
indication.

Italian, good.
In the middle part of North America, we'd write it as 1.128 or
abbreviate it as PSA 1.1
As I said, 1.1 isn't the best news but you have many options. Your
medical oncologist will have several suggestions.
