Experience what?

:-)

These thundering-long URLs are, for many folks, impossible.

I recommend using www.tinyurl.com

No cost, and the thundering-long URL will be reduced to something usable.

In this case, it's http://tinyurl.com/4lnrbq

Steve J

It's been known for some time that Viagra threatens our sight. Now our
hearing? No erection's worth even a slight risk of that to me (I already
have significant service-connected loss of hearing and balance, and will
risk it no more.)

Actually, my tinnitus seems to be amped up lately, and I'm noticing I
can't hear my girlfriend as well as I could weeks ago.

When I took Viagra or Cialis I experienced ringing in the ears above
the "normal" level of my tinitus. But, it would diminish after a
while. I have had a hearing loss since before taking V or C, and I
can't say if either of them actually made it worse permanently.

I think hearing loss is one of those things they mention in the TV
commercials (the ones they say very fast) before they mention the
"erection lasting more than four hours" bit that gets everyone's
attention and makes them forget everything else.

Sigh........it's just a *guy thing*. I have one just like you snoring
on the couch!! (G)

Amazing how he can hear me drop a Smartie 2 rooms away, but can't hear
me talking when I am a foot away from him. Hmmm.

On a serious note, there was an advert on the telly (spoke that way for
Rosbif, grin).....for a health food type pill that allegedly cures
tinnitus. Ron took it for about 6 weeks. Didn't change the tinnitus,
but I had to call the paramedics Jan. 2nd because he was so dizzy he
couldn't even sit up in bed. And of course he refused to go to the
hospital.....so they made him promise to go to a walkin clinic.

Diagnosis: Vertigo. Not the usual vaso-vagus syncope which has scared
the hell out of me about 4 times now. With that one, his heart rate
drops into the low 50's.

We were lucky in that we got the Doc that owns the Clinic (plus my
neighbour works there), so know that his diagnosis was probably spot on.
Do be careful if you are thinking about this pill. Can't prove it
responsible for this 100%, but he has never before had vertigo......and
for that matter, hasn't since.

If anyone wants the name of it, I will go check it out. A flavenoid of
some sort.

Cheers......Heather
