The 1st Global Leadership Forum for Cancer Control "GO PUBLIC" is an international conference that will share
best practices in public engagement for Cancer Control.
There has always been a war on cancer. The problem is, there were never enough soldiers to win it.
But that has changed. Never before has the public at large been so ready, willing and able to come together
not just to demand change, but to make it. In bringing about everything from pop stars to political history,
engaged publics are proving that making change is no longer the domain of a few well-connected people,
but rather many people connected well.
