Those do not seem to be typical symptoms of prostate cancer (PCa).
If "everything works well" I assume that urination presents no
difficulty. Such problems are often a clue as to either PCa or the far
more prevalent benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH; it "just grows")

It is well to be concerned about PCa, but not well to be obsessive.
I recommend
(1) See a urologist about a PCa screening. This would involve
(a) a blood draw for prostate specific antigen (PSA) -- done *before*
other tests.
(b) a digital rectal examination (DRE) to determine whether there are
any lumps or hard areas on the prostate.
Neither of these tests are specific for PCa, but should produce
information that will permit an intelligent decision on how to proceed.
(2) Refer to the "Undiagnosed" section of the Prostate Cancer Research
Institute PCRI) website at
http://prostate-cancer.org/education...ml#undiagnosed where
excellent information can be found.
Good luck.
