Oct. 13th: Lecture and Discussion on Male Potency and Erectile Dysfunction
Also, Dr. Barken will give brief news on Melatonin and Prostate Cancer, plus
an interesting hand-out article.

Mark Twain once said, "The reports of my death have been greatly
exaggerated." We are continuing our regular 2nd Saturday of every month
meeting as always at ALVARADO HOSPITAL at 10 am. There was an announcement
in the IPCSG newsletter implying that we have closed down and that IPCSG is
taking over our meetings and moving them to another location. We have not
closed, we have not changed, we have not handed over our support groups to
IPCSG to run, we are not moving to any other location. We had proposed to
create a joint, cooperative, united San Diego Support Group. Regrettably,
we were unsuccessful.

We have served the prostate cancer community with great energy and devotion
since Oct. 1989, providing quality programs. The IPCSG's take over of our
2nd Saturday date on Oct. 13th puts many of you in the unfortunate position
of having to choose between 2 meetings on the same date, a situation we did
not create. We can only tell you this - We would like to see you on Oct.
13th. Please bring newcomers too. We'll provide a special BRUNCH BUFFET.

To enable you to attend a seminar by DR. IRWIN GOLDSTEIN of Alvarado
Hospital, we'll close our meeting a little early. Dr. Irwin Goldstein is
