They are usually worried about the two-fisted, 6-pak a day
boozer/alcoholic.
My doctors and pharmacist say no more than 1 small glass
of wine daily. There was a great article elsewhere about
how the size of wine glasses has become bigger and bigger.
Some are now equal to 1/3 of a liter. That's a no-no.
