You can purchase any/all of them in a grocery store.

I use habenero (sp?) peppers when I cook a CrockPot of chili.
Sometime I'll use the ground variety, other times I'll use the
dry pods. Hint: the "hot" is in the seeds. <G>

There are a couple chinese peppers that are hotter - I haven't
tried them.

How much do you use? I guess this is a question that no one knows
the answer to.

-kh putting hot Chinese sauce on my food. I love it.

Is it possible, within the limits of acceptable flavour, to have too
much? Driven largely by bravado when we were young but now an element
of addiction in middle to later years, those in the uk who like curry
a lot will eat it almost up to the pain threshold - certainly up to
the point of breaking a sweat.

I don't know if it's doing me harm or not. What's the story in India
and Mexico?

Had a lamb curry last night and my favourite veggy, dish aloo gobi
(extra chile, of course). Yummy.
