I use half a teaspoon of ground habanero, or half of a dry pod
to a gallon of chili.
That's so my wife will join me at the dinner table. <G>
Before I met her in 2001, I used an entire dry pod. I had never
seen ground habanero until she and I shopped in a locally-owned
"health" food store. We usually buy canned and paper goods, soap
and similar packaged items at the commissary, but fresh vegetables
and fruit at that "health" food store.
More coming under OT heading.........<G>
