Default Short Term Memory

Adult Ed or college classes

Write it down (what she asks you to do)

Chess, checkers, yahtzee, scrabble, dominos

Solving crossword puzzles (keep some next to the porcelain throne)

Anything that stimulates and keeps the brain active
