    Default trimix vs bimix

My first visit to the uro nurse to try this, she used trimix, .30cc,
and I got a full, hard erection for about 1/2 hour, then something
    more relaxed for 3 hours.

Next time I went in, she switched me to bimix at .20, (because of the
3 hour thing), and I'm now up to .60cc and still nothing quite
    workable.

I'm thinking going back to the trimix and start at .20 and ramp up.

    Any feedback?

Also, seems like when I come in at 9 o'clock on the left side of the
penis, I'm forever hitting some nerve in there. Haven't hit one one
the right side yet. The first time was when I was learning to do it
myself, felt a twinge, paused, and the nurse was trying to pressure me
to continue pushing the needle in. I did, but I feel like I nicked a
nerve. Sort of a continued dull ache over there. Now I go in slow,
and if I touch a nerve, back out and reposition. I'm thinking of
coming in at 10 o'clock or something like that. Feedback?

I had that experience with Caverject. It seemed that the erection depended
on my mood -- which was usually fairly surly because I had to use the damned
shot in the first place. It seems to me most people get a much better
response with less after effects with trimix.

I don't know about 10 o'clock, but definitely somewhere else in the area.

45o angle if I remember correct.
remember the penis has quadrants of spongy tissue.
(not a Dr. here) and they are arranged with seperation top,bottom,side....
    4 quarters.(I believe)
    I used prostaglandin.
    @ a 45o angle.
Although it worked there was long lasting semi erect with dull pain.
Yes, it was better than nothing....
I found it better in the a.m. when one could "walk off the medication"
Remember this is preliminary to actually getting back to normal also.
    It helps. I know.

I use Caverject and I am very responsive to it. With only 20 units
(1/5 of full dose) I get a full erection for over an hour and some
type of erection for some three hours.

I came to realise that if I reduce further the dose of Caverject it
may not generate a usable erection. So I use the 20 units and live
with the results (not bad going around with an erection when normally
    you just cannot get one!).

Sensitivity to the injection is very low although I may sometimes have
    a small / brief pain.

You should not forget to change location and side every time and also
apply pressure afterwards for 3 - 5 minutes to minimize risk of
    Peyronie's disease.

    Thank you 'Just'.

That's a great report on Caverject and how it affects you.

    It can only help us.

    Best to all,

    That's what I do.

I got a full erection for 1/2 hour, and 3 hours of my lap being full,
    with 30 units.

And some pain too. But at least it was something workable.

I'm worried that if I have to increase my bimix up to something like .
8 or 1.0 (at .6 right now, without good effects), I might be setting
    myself up for fibrosis.

A lower dose of everything seems like a better way to go.

I'm up to 70 units, and there's no real difference between that and 20
    units.

Perhaps this mix just doesn't work for me.
