Default Video Urodynamic test

I'm a few months past the two year mark on my surgery and still
incontinent. My surgeon said no improvement was likely and suggested
that I get the sphincter implant. Had the urodynamic test last
Thursday. I'm still having some burning sensation from the cystoscope
.... but my incontinence is greatly reduced (from 5 to 7 pads per day
to one barely stained pad). It could be that the tissues are still
inflamed and swollen. But has anyone had this kind of improvement from
a cystoscope exam? Could it be that the exam itself tore an adhesion
loose?

Yep, tore it or stretched it! Men and women are not exactly built the same
way but with the birth of my last daughter I tore through the urethra.
Because of scarring I had a terrible time and finally they put me in the
hospital to do several scope tests on bladder and kidneys. I came out of
there dying in pain. But when the pain subsided I figured they must have
done something to the scar tissue because I've never had a real problem
since.

The reduced leakage is probably from the swelling at the bladder neck,
which will recede quickly leaving you back to square one. I had this
happen.
