Pittsburgh Airport *finally* did it. (One of the few airports that still
allowed it) No smoking anywhere there now. It used to be allowed in the
restaurants and bars there. I came home after Mom died at the first of this
year, and you wouldn't believe how many smokers were 'dying' b/c the law
went through 01/01/07. I smoke still, but I cannot stand to be in a
confined area when I do.
Also, I was at an office complex for some classes I'm taking, and if you
want to smoke there, you have to leave the parking lot to do so. I'm in
upstate NY, and even tho' it's Spring, it's still very cold and wet out. I
walked out there w/two other smokers and got about halfway done with my
smoke and thought 'what am I doing'?? I threw the ciggie down and bolted
back inside. Now? I've got a wicked cold and I blame it on standing
outside that day!!!
