Default Chest/Arm pain with Radiation?

Hi;

I've recently finished (Jan 30th) my treatments for a mediastinal tumor
(Hodgkin's lymphoma). Things were fine up until about 2.5 weeks ago.
Recently I've been having what seems like chest wall pain (center/low left
and right, around to the left shoulderblade), a pain and numbing of my left
arm, as well as some occasional deep lung pains. Sleeping quite poorly. I
feel as if my thyroid may be enlarged somewhat but I haven't found much to
link thyroid problems to chest wall pain.

I've googled this to no end but haven't come up with too much that seems to
directly apply. Anyone with mediastinal radiation ever experience this type
of thing?

Going to see the doc today but he's not been very helpful (my experiences in
Nova Scotia have not been good) in the past, so I don't expect much to
happen on his behalf.

Experiences with this type of thing and your stories would be welcomed.

I've never seen those symptoms after RT, but you need to discuss with your
radiation oncologist

Hello,
Are you able to get back in to see the radiation oncologiist?
(which "doc" are you referring to, please? A GP?)
