An interview about Lung Cancer for Macmillan Cancer Support in the UK.

Dear Friend

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in
an interview for people who have been diagnosed with lung cancer, and
also their carers.

Macmillan Cancer Support has commissioned this study to try and find
out ways of improving services to lung cancer patients. The interviews
will be very informal and will take place in the patient / carer's
home.

We are offering £25 incentive to any patient and an additional £25 to
their carer. Both interviews will be 60-minutes, and will be held in
your home at a time convenient to you. The patient and carer will be
interviewed separately and will receive a separate incentive, but will
be interviewed at the same time.
