This Journey for Penny is Done

Penny passed away this morning.

She touched so many people and truly amazed me over and over again.

To all of the regulars on this newsgroup, she mentioned how each of you
played a role and were so very important. You truly made a difference for
her through this and for that I'm so very grateful to all of you.

My heart is hurting terribly but I also know that she's now at peace and
this even though this journey may be done, she's smiling down on each of us
hoping that "we dance".

My heart hurts right along with you all.
I miss Penny so much and have been tremendously blessed by meeting her
and all of you too.
This morning I again read the words on her blog " when you have the
chance to sit it out or dance..... I hope you dance".
What a lady she is - always will be. Penny will live in my heart
forever. I wish she could blog from heaven!

Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Penny
gave me a glimpse into my Mother's cancer filled world with her blog
and for that, i am forever grateful to her. It comforts me to know
that she is no longer in pain....i see her with angel wings now,
smiling at all of us, looking out for her family. She did what so many
of us want to do in our life....touch the world in a special way. She
did that with her blog, with her humor and understanding in trying to
help us see what day to day life with cancer is truly like. Penny will
be greatly missed by everyone....

Please hug Michael from all of us....

And dance we will, but not today. Today is for remembering Penny, a
beautiful lady & an inspiration. She so unselfishly laid her life open
so we could learn, truly know her & what living with cancer is like
through her eyes & heart. Some of the experiences were joyful, others
painful. I shall remember always & carry her in my heart.

My thought and prayers have been with all of you for the past several weeks.
Know that she will be missed by so many that she touched. God bless all of

A very special person, who had that gift of making even strangers feel
they were friends.. I am so sorry for you all, but take confort that she is

Penny was a total inspiration, I've been missing her since she was
unable to post here or her blog and I'm glad that her journey homeward
has reached a peaceful end. I certainly won't forget her, ever.

I am relieved that your suffering is over and I pray that Heaven is

The words of Jonh Donne....."Ask not for whom the bell tolls, it tolls
for thee....etc." is so true. We have lost a part of us with the loss
here on earth of Penny. I am absolutely certain she is with Michael
and her family and wants only to comfort them. Blessings to all.

I've been off line for a few weeks, and only saw this today. I'm sorry for
Penny's passing, but relieved that she won't hurt any more. I'll miss her
more than I can say. She was quite a lady and an inspiration to all who
read her messages.
