Default A Last Reunion? (Share this with someone who may qualify)

I post this with the utmost sensitivity and emapthy. It is my hope
that it reaches the ONE person it is intended for out there.
I have been reuniting families and people for almost 20 years. Some of
my work has appeared on numerous talk shows and news magazine shows.
Due to my many years of experience in this area- I was recently
approached by a tv network asking me if I would host and help produce
a show which granted people's reunion wishes. I agreed and am now
doing just that.
For the past 2 years, my wife and I have been assisting our daughter
(now 9 years old) in her battle with cancer. (GIST) We understand the
trauma, the sacrifice and the reality of this illness. But we also
have experienced many little and big miracles.
It is my hope that I can use the resources of this tv show to give
someone a little miracle by granting a reunion wish to someone
battling cancer.
I don't get to make the final decision on whom the producers select,
but I do have considerable influence. So, if you or someone you love
is dealing with late stages of cancer (or hospice scenario) and you
would like to be able to see/reunite with someone special from your
life one more time, (but you have lost track of them over the years)
please give me an opportunity to help make this happen for you.
In the past two weeks, I have been able to help one man facing end-of-
life issues, reconnect with the daughter he hasn't seen in 27 years.
As it turned out, the story didn't work for the show, but the man and
his daughter still got to re-connect after nearly three decades of
seperation. Three days ago, I assisted an ill young woman reconnect
with her sister whom she had never met, due to adoption. Again, not a
story for the show, but the producers kept their word to put these two
back together anyway.
There is no catch (other than there will be a tv camera present) and
you do not pay for anything. All of the research services, travel for
the person found, expenses, etc. are all covered by the producers
100%.
If this sounds like it is something you (or someone you love) may be
interested in, take a moment and tell your story. There is an online
form you can fill out and submit at www.TroyTheLocator.com/ReuniteOnTV.
Childhood best friend, mentor, hero, first love, missing family
member, military friend, someone you want to thank or apologize to or
just hug again.
I do hope this reaches whomever it is destined to be for and I will
end with my 9 year old daughter's favorite advice to those battling
cancer with her-
"Dance Anyway!"

I do not recommend that people fill out information on that web page. None
of us has a clue who you are and what you will do with the information.
I've seen you, on other newsgroups, posting about ebooks. You don't mention
the network either, so we can't check it out that way.
My recommendation is to ignore this type of request.

Good luck with the child. I hear Gleevec works well for (a large percentage
of a subset of) GISTs, after surgery

J,
I understand your concern but it is totally mis-directed. I am not one
of the bad guys. We have now reunited a handful of "end-of-life"
patients over the past few weeks and it has been an extraordinary
experience. But alas, the opportunity has now passed and we have
completed the show. When it airs, you will see that your instincts
were incorrect.
By the way, I have NO IDEA who else you may have me confused with but
I have nothing to do with ANY e-books. Never wrote one, never even
read one.
Thank you for the well wishes regarding our daughter and GIST. Gleevec
hs shwon better results with adults than with pediatric GIST patients,
but there is much hope and research on the horizon.
