Default my message to wal-mart

This message is in reguards to a visit to the store in Yuma, AR on 32nd st.
My father in law has cancer and a trach tube in his throat. He goes to chemo
and radiation every day. They shop at the store at least 3 times a week.
After chemo today he went in and tried to get an electric scooter to help
him get around the store since he was tired from the treatment. When he
attempted to get into one, the people greeter at the front of the store told
him that he "did not need one because he had seen him walk around the store
before and he knew he could walk". This greatly embarrased him and caused
him to walk out of the store in a hurry because he felt that every one was
looking at him. He has only been going through treatment for 2 months now
and still does not like to draw attention to himself. After he went out to
the car and told his wife, she walked in and talked to the 3 people greeters
now standing around the entrance. When she asked which one had done it, and
explained what was wrong with him 2 of them stood around and denied being
there at the time and said that they would never do that to a customer, and
the third ignored her and walked away while she was talking. They are both
sick and have a hard enogh time getting around and doing things with out
getting troubled when they try to go shopping. I would like a response to
this email ASAP with a answer on why wal-mart would hire employees with this
poor of customer service.

Thank You

Brian Johnson

Brian & Jen,

I am sorry for your parents' experience. If you are
looking for support with your father's illness, this is a good place.

Meanwhile, check out this link.

This is atrocious! I work at a service center of a insurance company
and please, please send this in letter form to the president of the
company. Presidents of large companies in general hate to get this
type of message (and the only way it will get to him/her is thru snail
mail) and will in most cases read the riot act to the people who work
for him, who in turn will make sure the message gets to the people who
can make something happen.
