Default Nimesulide and indomethacin induce apoptosis in head and neck cancer cells

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...&dopt=Abstract

Anybody can tell me what might be the daily prescribed amount of
Nimesulide and Indomethacin in the epigrafe experiment?
I've no access to the full text but I think this synergy needs to be
more clear and available as there are hundreds of people expecting an
alternative of this kind.
Thank you.
Carlos

Hello Carlos,
Sounds like a question for the others at the head and neck cancer email list
Have you tried there?
http://www.acor.org/mailing.html?l=h

or tell us what you want to treat (type, new or previously treated and how) and maybe Steph would have a
comment for you.

Thank you J for the link you gave me.
The COX2 inhibition of Nimsulide is not new as a co-therapy in Cancer.
However, what is more concerning here is it's adverse reactions in
several organs like liver, Heart and Kidney, just to name a few.

Yes, I knew that Carlos, but I thought it best you find out for yourself.
One hypothesis in PubMed does not necessarily pan out
The risks outweighed the hypothetical benefits. in clinical trial or real world results.

The offer is still open if you have a question for Steph.
He specializes in head and neck cancers.
