pathology report

I received the pathology report from my recent biopsy. The Dr. says
primary location is at the base of the tongue.
I'm healing well from the tonsilectomy.
What is the proper way to post the pathology report?

I used Notepad and typed what I saw. Didn't understand half of what I typed.
Then paste what you typed here.

You would have to type (the main parts of) it, Peter.
But not the private info (your name, hospital, doctor, lab etc).
