| | | People healed of Cancer at: I go to this small church where thousands have been healed for
30 years. I wish I know about this place before
my cancer operation - I cannot take pain medicine.
All I can say is keep the phone number (410-655-3777)
and pray about it.
A woman in Mexico with Cancer called for prayer was
healed. Steven of Maryland
came down with a rare incurable blood disease
"Polycythemia Vera"
He suffered pain in his bones, weakness. After prayer
at the church
all pain left his bones. He went back to the doctor
and he said Steven's
blood is now normal and he is healed.

it's a non-denominational xtian church in randallstown [baltimore] md,
run by a pastor john mccall - anointing of oil - laying on of hands,
that sort of thing
claims cures for just about anything - really...hiv, cancer, leprosy,
migraines, back pain, stroke, anything you can think of.
giving benefit of doubt tis sincere - not a carny fraud - a believer
before that, was posting a set of christian tracts on his [then]
mindspring webpages back in 1998 or so

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is....
Polycythemia vera is a chronic blood disorder; so no cure exists - it's
just management.
If prayers cured, a lot of people would not be dead.
Hospitals and doctors perform miracles, where possible and the rest is up
to the health of the body, degree of damage, and ability to recover, such
as stroke..or coma.
Lose that phone number; there's a hiddle agenda.
Lots of churches are in (financial) troubles in North America.
Of course, most of you readers knew to ignore "Dave"'s post..
This message is for others who might be tempted to call them. Don't.

You surprise me, Paul. Heat getting to you?
So he posts from work.
All this proves (to me) is that there's loonies and dimwits in any
department of government (and in the rest of the world).

i should have completed the two thoughts separately
a) - posting such from a u.s.a. government node is a big no-no and
perhaps should be reported as such
b) - while imo he's around the bend, as such posters go, his history
shows a true sincerity of intent to help -
with no hint of taking advantage for lucre on his or the pastor's part
evident in the archives - so i didn't get me back up as twould be with,
say, rusty...
be well
paul
ps - the info on vaccine is very; intriguing!

Hi,
I read such items with curiosity and always end up wondering:" In
today's age, how stupid can we get?". Science is a very mean and
selfish faculty- it shall not hesitate to throw out one bit of
information that is not valid nor will it hesitate to change things at
the drop of a hat, then may it be Einstein's theory of relativity or
the thousands of myths (especially in medicine) that have been done
away with in the last 30-40 yrs. Today, the whole world is trying to
reduce the medical costs involved in such major diseases. Time is not
far off when a dose of chemo may be just a pill and of radiation, just
a small exposure.......the problem science faces is that there are
fewer guinea pigs available- everything has to be first tested on
animals then on humans, then perfecting it before actually putting it
to use. If victims were available today like the ones used by Hitler's
cronies during World War II, we would be much better off today!
I invite you to come to India where for any disease, there are enough
guys/priests, etc claiming a cure. Believe it or not, 99.99% dont even
know that radiation causes no 'burns' and 'no heat generation' in the
body- but the common belief is that blisters in the mouth/throat are
essentially caused by 'internal body heat generation', but it is all
an effect of DNA alteration! So, these so-called knowleadgeable well-
wishers pump you up with numerous doses and wierd potions and lotions
to cool your system down! Effect: the patient feels temporary relief
and does away with the medical treatment and invites the unevitable:
metastasis of the disease and ultimately a lost life.
All I can say confidently after recently completing my chemo+radiation
therapy: please, please find out and understand the diseases and then
the human metabolism/anatomy and one will confidently drop these
mystic, unfounded, off-the-record cures and go the proper route.
All the best

Church scams abound.
Type church scam into Google and the firtst one is problably one that was just
featured in our area.
The Minister's going to jail. His own sister was skeptical but he was so
persuasive, she got dragged into it as well.
There's more, looking through the Google search results. such as http://www.bbc.co.uk/insideout/conte..._feature.shtml
More here http://www.gibbsmagazine.com/Gospel%...i%20Scheme.htm
and more http://www.crimes-of-persuasion.com/...urch_scams.htm
I've seen other "healing from a distance" scams; they use different phone
numbers, names, residences and authorities have trouble tracking them down
(proving who received the monies) and getting those who got scammed to be
witnesses in court.
There's no way of knowing in this situation unless someone like you (or someone
nearby) calls to see (hear) what the scoop is. And/or what happens after the
church gets ahold of their/your phone number.
Hopefully people ignore such requests and beware.
There's always someone looking for someone else's money or valuables.
