pray for my borther, thank you!

Firstly, thank you for your consideration to this thread!

My name is Leon, Chen Lei is my Chinese name and my hometown is a
small remote village in Henan province of China. I have very loving
parents and a lovely brother and my parents are love in a cottage- so
my family filled with happiness. My parents became Christians when I
was nine years old and from then on, they often took me and my brother
to church and listen to the pastor perform missionary work. Many
people gathered in a small church with solemn expression, father told
us if we can come to the church frequently, we will have pure soul and
will receive God's salvation. In retrospect, we felt very pleasant at
that time although we lived in a poor life.

My mother has poor healthy all the while. She was diagnosed with
adrenal tumors in hospital in 1999 and need immediate surgery
treatment. The surgery spent most of our saving but because of timely
treatment, mother has gradual improvement of the physical. My family
full of laughter again and every week we can participate in the
worship in church as before. Five years passed, I ended high school
life and enter into a university in Shanghai, my family were all very
happy, we much more believe that God will bring happiness to his
followers.

But unfortunately, the greater disaster struck us. In 2007, my brother
is also suffering from a kidney disease. The result of further
diagnoses is renal cell carcinoma. This is the biggest attacks in my
life. My whole world went into the darkness of despair. After more
than six months of hemodialysis and subsequent chemotherapy, my
brother has become very haggard, without hair, face and body started
swelling. He is only 15 years old, he wanted to go to school like
other teenagers, but that is out of the question.

The doctor told us that if my brother does not receiving renal
transplantation treatment in one year, he would die. Because of
younger brother's illness, we have borrowed a lot of money, we can not
afford more than two hundred thousands RMB of kidney transplant costs
and an expensive kidney. China has a rural medical insurance policy,
but the subsidies for my brother only about 10,000 RMB. Nevertheless,
we are still in the queue waiting for the transplant and waiting
miracle to happen.

It's never forgetting that my brother clinging to my hand: "brother,
God really exist? Why he did not help us?" I cuddled my little brother
and my eyes clouded with tears because I did not know how to answer. I
know my brother is enduring a lot of pain. My little brother in my
arms as a small feeble mouse and all pinholes on his arm and waist. I
want my life would be the way it was before but it seems impossible. I
have three part-time jobs in my spare time and my parents doing their
best to raise money. Many converses donated us although they are poor.
One of the converses told me that I can seek help from foreign
followers through the Internet because I can write in English. I know
that seeking help in this way as difficult as seeking a needle in the
Pacific Ocean, but I still come, I want to try my best to seize any
tiny hope.

Who wouldn't want to protect their family? I and my family do not have
sufficient capacity to save my brother, we pray silently with the hope
that some kind-hearted people can help us. We live in different
countries, but we have the same faith, our loves are all alike. I
believe that, one day, my brother will be recover to normal, he and
his family, and all those who helped him will together under the same
sky, pray God for virtuous people will be happy forever, because your
love has saved his life.
