I can tell you a few other major aspects about food the mainstream
doesn't want you knowing.
There is a little known thing called food enzymes which exist only in
raw foods. Cooking destroys all enzymes in food. The body has to produce

grass and dandilions and chew on those - You know, build up my enzyme
count, because, again as we all know, the human body contains none of
our own. Then, maybe I'll scrape a little bark off a tree and nibble on
