OBJECTIVES:
Primary
* To determine the overall and progression-free survival of patients with newly
diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme or gliosarcoma treated with adjuvant bevacizumab,
temozolomide, and erlotinib hydrochloride after radiotherapy and temozolomide.
Secondary
* To collect safety data on this regimen in these patients.
