Considering the weather report. I think we were nuts. Tornado chaser is
more like it! Rained like a momma. Re: the soap thingy, that gave me one
sweet smelling foot. and no relief.

Sorry you got soaked Betsy.
For the muscle a warm bath or whirlpool.
If that's not possible, a wet warm towel over the muscle will warm and relax
it.
But somebody has to '"refresh" before the towel cools down
